This policy describes how Seagulls ("we", "us") handles the information you provide when you sign the public petition for fair access to life-improving personal AI. It applies only to this petition page and the data submitted through the petition form.

When you sign the petition, we collect only the information you provide in the form:

• Your email address
• Your country

We do not ask for, request, or store personal stories, goals, health information, financial information, reasons for signing, or any other personal details.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

• Record your signature in support of the petition.
• Send essential, petition-related communication (for example, important updates about the movement).

Signing the petition does not start a service relationship, product onboarding, beta access, or personal support program.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your information to provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Service providers

We may use trusted infrastructure providers (for example, hosting and email delivery) to operate the petition. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your signature and contact information at any time by emailing admin@aios.agency. You can also unsubscribe from petition-related emails using the link in any message you receive from us.

Data retention

We retain petition signatures for as long as the petition remains active, or until you ask us to remove your information.

Children

The petition is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has signed the petition, please contact us so we can remove the entry.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
